I'm a B.Com B.Ed social as methodology 1 and English as 2, now I have come to know that it's not valid. What should I do?

I have seen a video in YouTube saying B.Com B.Ed student will have an option as an additional subject based on 1st-year course, could you please suggest me which university offers such a score? I am not interested in pursuing M.Com, please suggest what to do.
