I'm a B.Com final year student. I wish to study MBA in agri-business management from MANAGE, Hyderabad. Am I eligible for the course?

To pursue MBA in Agriculture business from MANAGE Hyderabad one needs to have graduated in Agriculture courses like B.Sc or B.yech in agriculture field. One should be either pursuing this course or must have graduated in agriculture course. So you are not eligible.
