Got second class in B.com, since i was studying in evening college, worked part-time as data entry operator & later contd. the same in diff. cos. & worked in BPO's in non-voice process on contract basis. And currently working as a Process Associate @ a pvt. co. which is a contract mgmnt systm vendor
