I'm a B.com graduate, currently working in an Institute as Office Coordinator. I'm thinking of doing Diploma in HR(distance).

if it is possible, go for master degree. mba-HR. it will take 2 years but it will give more benefit. cos help in promotion and your qualification will increase.
you can also join diploma course on the basis of graduation in distance mode.
but if possible join master degree.

Hi,
As per your query I would suggest you to opt for MBA in HR through distance education rather then diploma in HR as it will further enhance your career prospects.
Plus by pursuing MBA through distance education you may easily maintain balance between your job and studies.
