Mr. First you are to complete your graduation .Then for TOP B-School you are to appear CAT/MAT/XAT/SNAP and crack with competitive scoring .For specialization you are to choose according to your expertise & interest.

You can either take one of the nation wide aptitude test like cat mat xat atma snap and take admission to a college for mba (2 years) according to your score or you can gain some work experience and then do 1 year executive mba later
