    Hello,
For applying M.Tech, you need to carried out your graduation in B.Tech via GATE exam. But, since you are in B.Sc, you can better go for JAM exam or search any other option.

    Hello,
You have done B.Sc in Biotechnology, and now your query is, can you pursue M.Tech in Orissa. I am afraid that you appear to be in eligible for admission. This is so since eligibility for M.Tech is B.Tech. In addition, you have to appear for GATE 2019 for seeking admission for MTech. I am attaching a link that will give you all information about the entrance exam conducted by OUAT, but it talks of only BSc, MSc, and doctoral studies. It does not talk of MTech at all. I suggest that you go through once again in your mind and then think what best you can do.
Best wishes for your further studies.
