I'm a B.Sc (zoology, botany, chemistry) student (final year). Am I applicable for IIT JAM exam for chemistry?

I passed 12th with physics, chemistry and biology and secured 80.44% in 2nd year of B.Sc chemistry, zoology and botany.

    Of course. I don't see why you can't. You can appear in IIT JAM in final year and after passing it as well.
