I'm a BA(Eng Hons) graduate. I want to pursue computer course. Can I do MCA directly without going through BCA?

I don't have any computer certification from any institution nor ever took any course. I'm interested in programming & Software, Hardware and Networking, and Animation. Among the course I've mentioned, what will be the most awarding to get a degree from, keeping in mind the job placement and salary?

    Hi Abie,
As far as I know to get into an MCA programme you need to have either a BCA degree of Mathematics as a subject in +2 and graduation, so if you meet any of the criteria you can go ahead and go for MCA programme.
Coming to which field you should choose amongst the fields related to computer application, I would say you should choose the field depending on your educational qualification, interests and career aspirations. However, software industry is known to be one of the most booming industries.
Hope this will be of help; please feel free to put more queries. In case your query has been resolved please close this query by rating
