pls tell me how much time it wil take to crash ips exam. thoe i m a 1st year student and i will be completing my graduation in 2013. it means i have three years to complete and know about each and every thing to become ips officer n crack the exam..
what should i read? how should i read?

Complete your graduation and take UPSC as well as state civil service exams. Chose a subject wherein you can score well. take coaching from a good institute.

for civil exams or UPSC u need to work hard with full determination... u can join some coaching in NCR or in Delhi or nearest place to u... u need to choose the subjects properly. also u have to be aware abut least GK and updates... the competition is very tough and its rowing every day!!!!!
