I m a BCA graduate working as a computer teacher(Contract basis), so plz tell me if i do Bed than which subject should i choose bcs(CS)not?

BEd is not offered for CSc, you need to go through Masters in Computer. according to Higher education authority norms BEd is not required for computer teachers, its better you should go for MCA.
