I m a BCA student and I have completed my 4th semester. Is there any possibility that I can get admission in a B.Tech college after BCA?

for take admission in good college you have to give entrance exam. and you can also take direct admission in B tech

Why dont you think of MTech in CA or equivalent course? Try to get in through GATE.
