As Ankit Rules correctly said only option for you will be to complete the XIIth Science with PCM and you can still do that by joining NIOS for XIIth Sc and after qualifying, you will become eligible.

Commerce student are not eligible for Pilot training. to become pilot you must have science at 10+2 level. and pilot fees cost more than 21 lakhs. so first check your budget also.
