Simple- successful candidates who have completed B.Sc. in Aviation may go on and become Commercial or Ferry Pilots (in Private or Government sector Airlines, Chartered Flights, etc.). One may also become a Flight Instructor after gaining experience. Average starting salary could be anywhere between 5-12 LPA.
If you are interested in seriously pursuing a course in aviation then it will be the right decision to take admission in one of the reputed flight schools to successfully start your career in aviation.
