I'm a biology student and maths dropped so can I do B.Sc. In animation?
Studying in 12th class interested in animation and I can make sketches on paper and screen to. Self learned digital artist not expert but want to make career in it.

Because you are not specific about the college, So the eligibility criteria of NID for B. Des Animation and Film Design is given below for an idea. Eligibility criteria : Applicants who have passed or will appear for higher secondary (10+2) qualifying examinations in the academic year 2019-20 in any stream (Science, Arts, Commerce, Humanities, etc. ). From any recognised board of education such as CBSE, IB, ICSE or their equivalent. Age ; Maximum 20 Years for general candidates. So from above you are eligible for B. Des Animation and Film Design course.
