I'm a biology student but my mind is deviated towards the CPL course. How can I get admission in Indian Aviation Academy, Mumbai?

For doing CPL the eligibility is class 12 with PCM. At least 50% marks are the minimum requirement.
As you told you are a biology student. You do not hold a chance if you don't have maths in class 12.
Although you may make a chance by appearing for maths apart from physics and chemistry as additional subject, at class 12 level.
Once you get PCM at class 12 you can easily apply and pursue CPL Training.
Admissions are taken on direct entry basis. If you justify the eligibility you can directly approach the Academy and ask for the admission procedure.
