i m a BTECH graduate.i got SBI assistant job recenly.i want to do MBA.which mode will be better for my career distance or regular?
will the employee having regular mode of MBA get more scope & marks during the departmental exams or in the matter of promotion .some says that distance MBA has no value in banking career.i m confused.PLEASE SUGGEST ME WHAT WILL I DO?

Firstly if you are BTech what are you doing in a bank? Secondly why are you not willing to do something in your field and what you want to go to finance? Finance has lots of money is a misconception and no hardships is another one.
