I'm a Canadian and want to do some IT specialization(.Net or Informatica/Cognos or SAP). What would you recommend and from which institute?

I have done my B.Com from Delhi university in 2001 and 2 year prof course from NIIT in 2002 then i went to Canada for pursuing 1 year post graduation diploma course in IT. Unfortunately i never got any opportunity to work in core IT field. I have been working in Admin jobs for the last 5 years.
