I'm a commerce graduate and looking for my masters in English Literature. Best universities to apply for in India as well as abroad?

I've a KT for which results will be out in April. I've already taken an extra year for my graduation. How is that going to have an impact on my post grad applications? Plus let me know all the exams that i should be appearing for.
