Hello, You have completed graduation in commerce stream so you can do a lot of certificate courses which will help you to get both knowledge and job. As per me, you should do certified courses such GST certified courses, Tally, Taxation course, Accountant course and Advanced Excel.

You can apply for BBA and if you do well in it then go for MBA from a reputed college. You will definitely get a higher package and if you can do MBA in international management it will be very great.

Yes you can. Some universities grant admission as per you marks and some conduct their own entrance test, so be in touch with the university in which you want to pursue BBA by visiting their websites on a regular basis and follow the methods for admission. Also prepare for various exams meanwhile.
