Usman you have not specified what have you done.
If you have done 12th then go for integrated diploma B.tech course in CSE to become a computer engineer.
In case you are a graduate then you can't do engineering as such as it will be waste of time for you to go back to diploma etc. In this case you g

Then after Bcom you can go for MSC or MCA for become an software engineer
