I'm a Diploma mechanical engineering student and got recruited on campus for an MNC company in Gurgaon as JE, how can I?

How can I come across my zeal for continuing education? How can I go for distance education? Please guide me tips for building my career (my posting is in Delhi). If your suggestion is IGNOU, can you suggest some good courses that I can go along with a job? I can't attend the classes.
