Yes, you can definitely have a career in Mass communication. You might find it difficult in the beggining but then it is advisable that if deeply interested you must take up this course after completing your engg to prepare yourself better for a career in it.

Sure. I have had students who completed BE and worked for Infosys and then shifted to mass comm.
