I think if you go for MBA you will get more specialization options to choose from. You can do MBA with IT & Systems or MBA with Finance.

Personally speaking I don't think it is the right path for you. However I understand that personal interest is of more value. Therefore I would suggest that before actually going for math specific education, try your hand in teaching higher maths at the engg coaching centre and see your interest persits. This is just one way for self evaluation, otherwise technically speaking you can go ahead with Maths post graduation.

2011-12-23 12:22:40You are already completing BTech It and if Maths facinates you so much opt for Mtech and PhDs in IT and use your ineterest in Maths to further your qualifications. Select topics which use advanced Maths, after all you will get application of Maths opportunities. -
