Yes, you can apply for PGDM. Cutoffs are not released so I can't comment on that.

You can surely apply for pgdm course as it has students from 0 to 2 years.
The cutoffs ar3 not revealed by the college but anything above 90 percentile will increase ur chances of getting a call.
