I'm a fresher & have completed my graduation but I'm sitting at home & searching for an internship which is hard too. What to do?

I've scored above 80% in B.Pharma course but because am a fresher, I don't have any industrial experience plus I belong to a middle-class family so no source of income. I'm either not able to get an internship in any reputed pharmaceutical company.
