Lovely Professional University offers both i.e. Ph.D. (Regular) and Ph. D. (Part-Time) modes available. University is also offering few positions to Ph.D. students to work as Instructors/ Lecturer/ Teaching Assistant at the same time. Though you are a Government Employee, you need not get your job into trouble in order to secure a doctorate level education. You can proceed with the program in Part-Time Mode.
*You can enroll yourself in a part-time Ph.D. program at LPU. But I still suggest, you check the admission terms and conditions of the same by visiting the official website of the university.
