Even sikkim manipal university has some good distance learning post graduate programs. and u can try coaching for po.u can do it if u want to

Yes, there is no age for studying, you can attend a regular college or if you dont have time, try open universities like IGNOU where you studyat home, and give exams only,(there is even an option for attending classes)

Yes, there is no age for studying, you can do it. by practise nd concentrate u will learn nd remmber back ? ya ishant is right u must be try with "ignou".
