I'm a graduate but want to repeat 10th again. If I get failed in 10th while reappearing, will my degrees of 10th, 12th and B.Com be valid?

I have done graduation from Delhi University. I got around 46% in 10th ,12th.

    Yes, of course, it will remain valid, you can change your class 10th board.
