I'm a humanities students who didn't take maths in 11th & 12th. Can I do a course in marketing, finance, HR, economics and advertising?

Yes, even I'm a humanities student in 12th and took HR for higher studies. It is possible please choose BBA. So, you can grow in the same. Request you to atleast come MBA with your specialisation to see growth in your career.
