I'm a PCB student of class 12th, which are the colleges I can opt for B.Tech in biotechnology as many colleges still ask for maths?

Hello, no for biotechnology, PCB is required, yes few colleges may search for Maths, as an extra subject, but no worries many colleges are there, where you could apply for biotech as an option. Just search for it. And individually access it.
