You can take admission in IGNOU as you have qualified %. As you are a teacher, you may appear directly in the entrance exam. Without any difficulty, you can pursue your B.Ed.

To take admission for B.Ed, you have to submit the percentage of marks of either graduation or Masters, not d. El. Ed. So, you are advised to submit those instead of d. El. Ed. For primary level D.
