i'm a science student(PCMB), due to my health problem i wont be able to write my 2nd pu exam, what course can i continue after that??

i dont want to write my exam again.. but any other option,.. what studies can i continue?? instead of medical or engineering...?? can i do B.Com?? without my 2nd pu exam??
