I'm a software engineer with 3+year of experience & 58% in B.Tech. I want to pursue MS in CS. Is there any chance for good universities?

Yes, there are always chances of getting admission for MS in CS respective of your performance in your B.Tech. Foreign universities look for a different matrix of criteria to admit students. If you have done well after getting a job and has proof of this to show, along with different aspects of extra curricular activity or social service then it's a big advantage to you.
