I personally suggest you to go with the MBA, because there are many subjects which are related with finance and then at semester 3 you will select subject according to your convenience which is beneficial for your career and growth.

About CS course, a company secretary is a position in a private sector company or public sector organization, normally in the form of a assistant position or below. In large American and Canadian publicly listed corporations, company secretary is typically named a corporate secretary or secretary. About MBA, The Master of Business Administration is a master's degree in business administration. Accredited MBA courses and business schools seek to prepare students for senior management roles in business. They do this by exposing you to all areas of business including accounting, finance, marketing, and human resources.
