I'm a student of B.Pharma from AKTU & have to change my final year examination center due to some reasons. Is it possible?

    Please contact your college and the examination authority i.e University for the Exact Information. However, I believe that a student would have a provision to change the exam center given that the authorities are informed well in time. So, I think that you first should inform you teachers at first then go ahead as per the guidance of your teacher you can also contact you HOD.
