You must complete graduation with minimum 60% score. Than you need to sit for CAT entrance exam. In CAT you need to score at least 95 percentile to have a good chance to get a seat in IIM. At least 95 percentile to be scored to have a chance for Iims. If you score around 95-97 percentile you have good chances to get calls from newer Iims like Amritsar, Sambalpur, Kashipur, Udaipur, Raipur, Trichy and other new ones.

First, complete your Bachelor's degree then apply for CAT entrance exam then you can get IIM. Best of luck for your future.
