I m a sybms student, a bank po job or a management position job .which is better after graduation.Planing fr MBA aftr 2/3 yrs of grad

I want to earn and finance my MBA, After graduation which job will help me do the same ? A Bank PO or any management position job? Also will the banking experience pay me after my MBA ? Planning for MBA after few years of graduation. please help.
