i m a telecom professional wit 3 yrs of exp but i would like t switch telecom field n join s/w field what courses shuld i do ?

Hi Gaurav, Well in the first place, I would suggest you to stick to telecom sector as that would get you higher avenues in terms of remuneration packages along with high profile designation. You may consider Application Service Provider course, Networking course in Citrix/Cisco, be a DBA in Oracle, or be a System Analyst. However, I would also say that the most important aspect is that you should be self content. As you intend to switch over from Telecom to Software Industry, I would like you to know two things:- 1. Well Software is a broad domain which can be bifurcated as below:- Application Programming Web Development Networking Database System Programming Web Designing I would request you to revert back with your area of interest so that can get back to you with suitable options. 2. Your 3 years work experience would not be taken into consideration yet you may win over other parameters like time management, team spirit, organizational behavior, etc. Feel free to revert.
