I'm a test engineer with a work experience of 3.5 years. I would like to change my stream to business analytics. What to do?

You can do either a well-recognised course (like Udacity) in Business Analytics or you can pursue an MBA in business analytics. -
You are supposed to do some business analytics for this. I suggest you to prefer MBA and then, go further where you can find many opportunities. -
You can pursue MBA if you are interested, then you can expect a good opportunity in the management field. -

Yes, indeed. It's very nice to know your desire to change your stream from a test engineer to business analytics. For this, you will need to do some course in business analytics. There will be plenty of institutions around your place of stay which should be offering this course. In fact, analytics is a big upcoming and emerging topic these days and I am sure after doing a course in it you will find your career going in a different trajectory altogether.
