I'm a zoology (H) student, can I take admission in M.Sc in fisheries?

Yes, you are very much eligible to pursue M.Sc with Zoology honours. Since you have studied Zoology in your graduation level, you are allowed to make career in zoology. Not all, but some university prefer you to take subject in M.Sc.
