i m ahotel mgmt graduate.with work experince will doing MBA in HR thru distance edu will help in better career options

i m hotel mgmt graduate had work experience in five stars fr 2 yrs at entry level jobs currently working in UK as arestaurant supv.i wish to relocate in India.i want to enter into mid mgmt level.what areas will b good for MBA HR or retail.i m not a very extrovert person but hav lot of human concern

If you are looking to enhance your career in your current line of operation it would definitely help you.....but if you are looking forward to make a career in HR you should do a full time course.
