I'm aiming for 75% in BA Prog n want MA Political Science in Amsterdam Univ. I hv 95% in Eng in 12th n yet to give IELTS. What r my chances?

Also I wanted to know whether the university considers waiver of IELTS for students with good marks in English in 12th grade or is it mandatory for all. And how exactly the university hands out scholarships to international students. Thanks in advance!

Could you please elaborate? The university has asked for a min IELTS of 7. is there any chance of a waiver if I have got 95% in 12th grade in English?
