I m an average guy with 75% of marks in engineering,currently working in software company.can i get into IIM's?If not suggest some B schools

If you have 3 or more years of experience you can try for Executive MBA course form IIM. Alternatively you can do MBA through distance education form UGC approved intitutions such as ICFAI, Symbiosis, SMU, IGNOU etc.
