I'm an IB curicculum student. Can I get admission in India for MBBS? What if I don't get 24 points?

As per association of Indian University rules you should have IB diploma and above 24 points

You have to follow every admission process and as per rules if you have less than 24 points and not able to obtain diploma from IB than admission. will be difficult.
