There are many distance learning universities are available for online courses, but sorry to say friend, only a few of them offer online exam facility, earlier there were many distance learning universities for online exams but now few of them are available like Amity distance learning university which offer online platform of learning, live lecture facility, and facility to attend online exams from anywhere but according to Indian time.
