There are many distance learning universities are available for online courses, but sorry to say friend, only a few of them offer online exam facility, earlier there were many distance learning universities for online exams but now few of them are available like Amity distance learning university wh

Yes, you can do any course online if you are anywhere in the world. Websites like NPTEL, Course Era, Edx, etc., help you with the same.
