I'm an Indian doing my 12th from India, can you help me to get into an American university for my undergraduate degree?

I have scored 90% marks in Xth and am expecting a score of 90% or above for my 12th boards. I also have some leadership qualities as I was the sports leader of my school for the past academic year. I had participated for a lot of social service programmes especially during the floods in Kerala.

1) SAT, SAT subject test and TOEFL score
2) Two teacher's recommendation
3) One counselor recommendation
4) Your 9-12 grade marks
5) Your personal essay
