I'm an individual with Diploma in automobile engineering and 4 years of relevant job exp. Can I pursue Bachelors in Germany?
I have done Diploma in automobile engineering (Location - Bengaluru, Karnataka, India) and have 4 years of work experience as an automobile technician.

Dear Anirudha,
Diplomas are not accepted for applications to study in Germany. If you want to study Bachelor degree now in Germany, you have to clear IIT-JEE advance or check other countries.
