I'm an Instru Engg. 2011 pass out. Bt I didnt get job in my field So I had to join BPO & now I want to return to my field for job satisfactn

I did diploma in electrical engg 79%, then Instru Engg in 2011 with 59%.I struggled a lot for Job in my Field bt I failed to get any. So, due to poor financial condition I had to join BPO.Now I feel to return to my Engg field. Plz advise hw can I get a job & whether I need to do a course 4 a gud job
