The essential eligibility criteria for the programme is to qualify the Bachelor's degree in any relevant discipline with a minimum of 60% and above from a recognised university. The course is conducted in the form of semesters and generation of research thesis at the end of the course. Ph.D. in HRM. Eligibility: The eligibility criteria for enrolling for Ph.D in Human Resource Management are as follows: Candidates who have completed their post-graduation degree or an M.Phil in any relevant discipline with a minimum aggregate of 55% marks and above for general category and 50% marks for SC/ST candidates can seek admission to the programme. Applicants are also required to pass the entrance examination held for the programme, followed by sessions of Group Discussion and Personal Interview.
