Ph.D in Human Resource Management (HRM) is a 3-year full-time doctoral level programme. The essential eligibility criteria for the programme is to qualify the Bachelor's degree in any relevant discipline with a minimum of 60% and above from a recognised university. The course is conducted in the form of semesters and generation of research thesis at the end of the course. Ph.D. in HRM.
