I'm an NIOS passed 12th student with good SAT & TOEFL scores. Can I get into Ivy League like Harvard Stanford for undergraduate studies?

Due to ill health, I couldn't attend regular classes at CBSE and my school didn't issue my hall ticket. To save my year, I passed from NIOS. Now, people are saying it doesn't have value & I'll get problems during visa interview & college admissions & it's impossible for me to get into Harvard.

I am assuming that your academics side is not very strong, hence I want to give you advice that work on your extra- curricular, like work for some NGOs, volunteer activities, participation in various activities, sports certificate etc. And, try to get good colleges IVYs are not the only good college
